Elevate your business finances

Our Process

1

What are you looking for?

A free, one-hour introductory meeting will let us get to know you and what your “pain points” are. What about your accounting is causing you stress or taking up too much of your time?

2

Personalized suggestions.

We’ll give you personalized proposal detailing what services we suggest for you, and what information we need to get started.
We work as partners with our clients, so information flows both ways.

3

Getting started.

Once we have an agreement in place, we will ask you for assistance getting us access to the information that we need.
Then we’ll get started and keep you updated. Most bookkeeping customers choose either monthly or quarterly reporting.

FAQs

My accounting is years behind - can you help me??

Yes! We have experience with “catch up” projects. As long as we can get the bank information from those lost years, we can categorize it and turn it into usable financial reports.

Will you do my taxes?

No; our service focus is on compliant, clearly defined ledgers that can be used by peer tax preparation and consulting teams. We welcome the opportunity to get your books in order before you get your taxes done. We are happy to work with your existing tax accountant, or can recommend some to you if you don’t have one.

I have more than one business – can you handle that?

Several of our clients have multiple lines of business. We help them by maintaining each company’s individual books, and also staying on top of the inter-company transactions. It’s important to make sure income and expenses are assigned to the correct business.

I’m just getting started, can you help me set up my accounting?

Yes, this is the perfect time to get your accounting off on the right foot. We can create a QuickBooks Online account for you and help create a Chart of Accounts that is tailored to your business. This list will make it easy to assign income and expenses to the right category. If your business is in Texas we can also help you register a new LLC with the State of Texas and get an EIN from the IRS.
